Meet Russell Frederick, Assent’s Chief Financial Officer.
Since 2015, Russell has shared his passion for facilitating rapid growth with Assent Compliance. As CFO, he works to support and reduce friction for the Sales team while overseeing the company’s operations.
In his more than 20 years as a CFO for high-tech companies such as DragonWave, Wavesat Wireless, and PRIOR Data Sciences, he has raised more than $1 billion in private and public debt equity markets, including IPOs in London, Toronto, and New York.
He provides guidance to companies on:
