Patrick Hallan is the Global Product Chemical Compliance Manager for Doosan Bobcat. With over 20 years of experience in both Industry and Government, Patrick consults and advises the company on the scope and requirements of regulations, laws and directives that address the chemical content of machines as well as the regulations that impact the use and distribution of chemical substances in all products marketed by the company. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the South Dakota School of Mines and Technology, and a Juris Doctor from Mitchell Hamline School of Law in St. Paul, Minnesota.
