Ottawa, ON, Sept. 18, 2025 — Assent Inc. (Assent), the global leader in supply chain sustainability management, today announced its new Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) Packaging solution. The new solution helps manufacturers collect and manage packaging data, making it easier to comply with complex reporting requirements under expanding EPR packaging laws.

These include state-level EPR laws such as California’s SB54, Oregon’s SB582, Colorado’s HB22-1355, and Minnesota’s HF3911, as well as Canada’s Federal Plastics Registry, which requires its first filings by September 29, 2025.
