Kyle Erickson

Kyle brings 17 years of experience in from the aerospace, automotive, microbiology, and commercial refrigeration sectors. With a decade in product stewardship and material compliance, he emphasizes pragmatic, scalable solutions in response to the rapidly changing global regulatory landscape. Complementary roles in R&D, manufacturing, and EHS influenced his perspective and approach to product stewardship. He has implemented global product stewardship programs through multiple M&A business transformations. Kyle is an alumnus of the University of Minnesota’s College of Biological Sciences and worked with 3M, Neogen, and Refrigerated Solutions Group prior to joining Assent.
