I’m an Assent customer. Does this affect my contract, pricing, or support?

No. Your contract, pricing, and support stay exactly as they are. Nothing changes for you right now, and if that ever does change, we’ll tell you directly and ahead of time.

I’m an IPOINT customer. What does this mean for me?

Your products, services, and support stay the same. You’ll keep working with your current IPOINT contacts, who are now part of Assent. Over time, you’ll also get access to Assent’s compliance tools and its supplier network. The IPOINT team will be in touch with more details as things progress.
