Mark Smith brings a wealth of experience, a strong customer-centric mindset, and a fresh perspective to his role as Chief Customer Officer at Assent. Over the past two decades, he has held senior roles across customer experience, strategic account management, consulting, operations, and finance at companies including Tangoe, Element Fleet Management, GE Capital Fleet Services, and Electronic Data Systems (EDS).

He holds an MBA in Finance from Brigham Young University. Mark’s leadership is a key part of Assent’s continued growth and commitment to delivering value to its customers.
