With 20+ years of hands-on regulatory experience across a wide range of industries, Olivier translates regulatory and technical concepts into concrete actions customers can take to meet their requirements. He provides guidance around chemicals regulations and standards such as EU/UK REACH and RoHS; the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) and Classification, Labelling, and Packaging (CLP) Regulation; the EU Industrial Emissions Directive (IED); and hazardous materials and dangerous good classifications. He worked extensively on REACH restrictions and authorization processes, and contributed to public consultations around the PFAS restrictions proposal in Europe (PFHxA, Universal PFAS restrictions, UK PFAS plan).
