Request Manager
Customer compliance requests aren’t slowing down. In fact, many suppliers report sharp increases in request volume that has a direct line to customer retention. If you can’t get buyers that data on demand, they’re walking away and finding someone else who can.”

Request Manager changes that.
Request Manager is a new product within the Assent Sustainability Platform that allows users to manage all compliance requests in one centralized AI-native workspace, including those received outside of Assent.
Using AI-assisted parsing, suppliers can ingest unstructured email requests and attachments, automatically extract key details like due dates and compliance topics, and create structured requests directly inside the Assent Sustainability Platform. Product Families
Managing large product catalogs can be complex and often tedious manual work, especially when similar products share the same compliance characteristics. Repeating declarations across dozens or hundreds of products wastes time and increases the risk of inconsistencies.
With Product Families, suppliers of parts can now group related products together and declare at the family level. Requests are then matched intelligently by Product ID, by Family ID, and finally by Family Name if needed. You also gain clear visibility into whether a declaration originated at the product or family level.
The result?
If you supply parts, it simplifies declaration management at scale. If you purchase parts, this improves coverage completeness and ensures more reliable matching when requests reference product series or families.

My Network
Customer relationships are central to your program and business success. But when data lives across multiple tabs and workflows, visibility and collaboration suffer.
The new My Network page gives suppliers and distributors a single, consolidated view of all customer relationships inside the Assent Sustainability Platform.
From one centralized location, users can:
- View all connected Assent-network customers and externally managed customers.
- Search and filter large contact lists.
- Add or manage shared part data.
This update reduces operational friction by eliminating the need to reconcile customer data across multiple systems, lowering your operational costs and centralizing visibility.
