At Assent, we’re building a truly global team, with Assentees based in Canada, the United States, Kenya, Malaysia, India, and throughout Europe. We work across time zones and borders, united by shared values, diverse perspectives, and deep expertise.

Work The Way That Works for You
At Assent, we proudly embrace a remote-first work model, offering our team the flexibility and autonomy they need to thrive. We also recognize the value of in-person collaboration: stronger connections, shared learning, and a deeper sense of community. To support this, Assentees located near one of our global hubs may be expected to work onsite 1 to 3 days per week, depending on their role and location. This includes spaces in Ottawa, Pune, Eldoret, Amsterdam, Penang and other global locations where we’re building connected, collaborative teams. This approach reflects our belief that flexibility and connection can co-exist, and that meaningful in-person time together supports our growth, learning, and shared success.
