Keira Torkko is an experienced executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience helping organizations scale, transform, and perform at their best. As Chief People & Performance Officer at Assent, she leads the Employee Experience and Global Services teams, overseeing workforce strategy, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and operational functions that support customer success and business performance across the organization.
Prior to joining Assent, Keira held leadership roles at TD Bank, the National Research Council of Canada, and the Coaching Association of Canada. Throughout her career, she has led teams through periods of growth and transformation, building high-performing organizations while aligning people, operations, and business objectives.
Keira serves on the boards of the University of Ottawa Heart Institute and the Ottawa Heart Institute Research Corporation and is actively involved in community sports organizations.
