Martin Schade is Product Compliance Manager for LEDVANCE. He is responsible for ensuring market access for LEDVANCE products across the European region. He focusses also on monitoring and influencing legislations and standards and is active in the field of sustainability.

Before joining LEDVANCE in 2018, Martin was appointed at RotaYokogawa with similar responsibilities, caring additionally about industry-specific product certification and documentation.

Martin holds a Dr. rer. nat. in Physics from MLU Halle-Wittenberg and an Executive MBA from HULT IBS, London
