Julie Davis, Sr. Director of Workforce and Industry Initiatives, has brought leadership to AEM through her deep understanding of industry-specific workforce challenges and by connecting members with new and innovative strategies. She joined AEM’s Sustainability Team in 2022 directing hat leadership focus on creating the Sustainable Reliable Supply Chain Toolkit. This first of a kind toolkit helps articulate why companies need to think about sustainability, communicates a strategy for change through the Sustainability Maturity Model, and gives tactical information on how to move forward.
