Sr. Manager Chemical Governance at Baxter
Will leads Chemical Governance for Baxter within EHS&S. In that capacity he is responsible for tracking, distilling, and creating processes that ensure global compliance with chemical legislation as well as customer requirements.
He has been the Vice Chair of MedTech’s EU Chemical Working group advocating for a Full Material Data approach and has been recognized for multiple years as one of the top 100 global leaders in Corporate Responsibility by Assent’s annual survey for his wholistic approach to chemicals management inclusive of Conflict Minerals. His prior work includes serving in companies such as Google, Motorola, Lenovo, and Underwriter’s Laboratories.
Will has a passion for Baxter’s Mission to Save and Sustain lives while being dedicated to preserving our Environment.
Will also maintains a special place in his heart for animals that he shares with his wife and 11 year old daughter. Service in this area includes rescue and special needs animals.
