Off Hours & Overall Support

In conjunction with our West Coast - based support professionals, our NJ - based Trade Support Desk maintains coverage until 8 PM (EST). In addition, certain of our key support personnel can also access their e-mails via portable device alerts and similar remote desktop accessiblity programs.

Calls made to our NJ - based Trade Support Desk phones are automatically forwarded after hours to our fully - trained support professionals on the West Coast. In most cases, we'll be able to provide the timely support you need or get back to you expeditiously so you can concentrate on trading.

Additionally, we've configured our phone system to enable our LA based colleagues to be able to simultaneously field calls that come directly into the main support # (201 356 - 1423). We're here to lend our expertise to help you navigate through whatever support assistance you may need.
