Updating Your Contact Information

If you are a client of Lightspeed, you can update your contact info here.

It's very important for us to have your most current contact information (including your e-mail address) on file at all times. We know that it's not uncommon to move during the course of the year, as well as switch Internet Service Providers, or e-mail delivery platforms (all of these events may cause your contact information to change).

We need to make sure we can always reach the members of our trading community, so we kindly ask you to keep us informed whenever your contact information changes, including your e-mail and/or physical mailing address.

Typically, the first step in updating your contact information starts with alerting your Branch Office Manager.

Should you have updated contact information, or for whatever reason, you feel that your information is not correctly set up in our systems, kindly:

1) Alert your Branch Office Manager (click on this link for our Branch Locations if you're not sure how to reach your Branch Office Manager)

2) In turn, your supervisor will initiate an e-mail to a pre-established distribution group assent.accountupdate@sungard.com within our firm who will follow up

3) To ensure that your contact information, including your e-mail address is updated expeditiously, in the e-mail sent to assent.accountupdate@sungard.com please make sure to include:

  • your Assent assigned trader ID
  • your Assent assigned account #
  • your first and last name
  • the branch code your account is affiliated with
  • any other comments, as applicable
